Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and particularly relates to MLLT11 serving as a new target for preventing and diagnosing arsenide-induced lung cancer and application of the MLLT11. After the MLLT11 is knocked out, the inhibition effect of arsenide-induced normal bronchial epithelial cells of the lung can be remarkably inhibited. The MLLT11 has a potential prevention effect on lung cancer, at least lung cancer induced by arsenide; and therefore, the MLLT11 is expected to further play a role in preventing the lung cancer clinically.
