Abstract

The invention aims to provide a scheme for detecting welding pores in real time. According to the scheme, in the welding process, infrared thermal imaging of a welding seam area on a workpiece or a base material is collected in real time through an infrared thermal imager, then the infrared thermal imaging on the workpiece or the base material is processed, an image corresponding to the welding area is selected from the infrared thermal imaging, and then a target feature matrix is extracted according to the image corresponding to the welding area; and according to the target feature matrix, whether the air hole defect exists in the welding area or not is judged. Compared with the prior art, the welding air hole defect can be detected in real time in the welding process, the welding air hole defect can be effectively pre-warned, the welding quality problem is reduced, and the production and machining efficiency is improved. The detection cost can be saved, and the manual detection cost and the procurement fund of professional detection instruments are reduced to a certain extent.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of information technology, in particular to a technology for real-time detection of welding porosity. Background technique [0002] In the field of welding in the process of automobile, aviation, construction machinery manufacturing, etc., in order to ensure the mechanical properties of the welded workpiece, the requirements for welding quality are getting higher and higher. In the welding process, welding porosity is one of the most common quality defects, and the detection of welding porosity is of great significance to ensure high welding quality. [0003] Welding porosity refers to the surface or internal pores produced by the gas escape velocity in the molten pool being less than the solidification velocity of the weld during welding. The cause of porosity is more complicated, and its shape, position, and size are related to welding technology, base metal shape and material, and welding external enviro...
