Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, due to the increasing number of chemical products used by humans, some natural organic pollutants and artificially synthesized organic pollutants, such as dyes, pesticides, antibiotics, etc., will enter rivers and lakes with surface runoff or infiltrate into groundwater through permeable concrete pavement. Organic pollutants, such as vehicle exhaust, will also fall on the ground with rainfall, and enter rivers and lakes through surface runoff or seep into groundwater through permeable concrete pavement, causing pollution to the environment
Photocatalytic technology is playing an increasingly important role in the degradation of organic pollutants, but the current photocatalysts either only absorb ultraviolet light or only respond to visible light, which greatly limits their application range

[0028] The preparation method of composite photocatalyst used in the embodiment of the present invention is:

[0029] Step 1: Put 10-50g of urea into a crucible, raise the temperature in a muffle furnace to 580°C at a constant temperature of 4 hours at a rate of 10°C / min, take it out, lower it to room temperature, grind and sieve, and prepare a photocatalyst for use;

[0030] Step 2: Mix the phot...

Abstract

The invention relates to composite photocatalytic pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof. A composite photocatalyst loaded on the pervious concrete is formed by compounding an anthranilonitrile copolymerization modified photocatalyst and titanium dioxide according to the mass ratio of 1: 1, and is loaded on the pervious concrete in three modes, namely, surface coating, doping and soaking; the prepared composite photocatalytic pervious concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15-20% of cement, 5-8% of water, 70-75% of coarse aggregate, 0.1-0.3% of water reducing agent, 0.5-3% of composite photocatalyst and 4-6% of fly ash. The composite photocatalytic pervious concrete prepared by the invention not only has good water permeability, but also can perform photocatalytic degradation on organic pollutants under visible light and ultraviolet light, and has double effects of water permeability and pollutant photocatalytic degradation when being applied to a water-permeable concrete pavement, thereby playing an important role in construction of a current sponge city.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and relates to a composite photocatalytic permeable concrete and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] As the surface of modern cities is gradually covered by reinforced concrete buildings and impermeable roads, rainwater cannot infiltrate, and the urban heat island effect and waterlogging problems are intensified. Pervious concrete pavement can effectively solve this problem by increasing the infiltration of rainwater. Organic pollutants, such as vehicle exhaust, will also fall on the ground with rainfall, and enter rivers and lakes through s...
