Abstract

The invention relates to a metal surface alloying method for promoting molten pool convection by adopting non-uniform heat sources. The method comprises the following steps that 1) a metal surface isheated by adopting a first heat source and molten to form a molten pool; 2) alloying gas enters the molten pool to carry out reaction to generate a high-melting-point compound, the compound has the tendency of solidifying to form a solidified layer, an area where the compound is located is heated by adopting a second heat source, it is guaranteed that the compound is not solidified, convection ofthe molten pool is promoted, an alloyed layer uniform in component and structure is formed, the first heat source and the second heat source are sequentially arranged in a heat source moving direction, and the power density of the second heat source is larger than that of the first heat source; and 3) the first heat source and the second heat source integrally move along the heat source moving direction, and the molten pool is solidified to form an alloyed layer. According to the method, laser gas alloying is carried out on the metal surface by adopting the non-uniform heat sources, and finally the alloyed layer with good structure and performance is obtained.
