Embodiment 1

[0050] Take the clarified chemical solution without chloride ions, add sodium chloride quantitatively to obtain test solutions with chloride ion concentrations of 0.0mg / L, 0.1mg / L, 0.2mg / L, 0.3mg / L, and 0.4mg / L respectively. Take 20ml of test solutions with different concentrations in turbidimetric tubes, add 2mL of nitric acid solution with a mass fraction of 34% in turn, shake well, then add 2mL of silver nitrate solution with a mass fraction of 0.5%, shake well, and dilute to 25ml. After standing still for 15 minutes, put the turbidimetric tube into the dark box, and compare it with the standard solution to obtain the chloride ion concentration of the chemical solution.

[0051] The test results are shown in the table below:

[0052] Table 1 The results of the traditional method for detecting the chloride ion concentration of the clarified liquid

[0053]

[0054] It can be seen from the contents of Table 1 that the concentration of chloride ions in the clarified test s...

Embodiment 2

[0056] The operation steps of Example 2 are basically the same as those of Example 1, except that the formation liquid used is a turbid formation liquid that does not contain chloride ions.

[0057] The test results are shown in the table below:

[0058] Table 2 The results of the traditional method for detecting the concentration of chloride ions in the turbid liquid

[0059]

[0060] It can be seen from Table 2 that due to the influence of suspended solids in the chemical solution, the traditional silver chloride turbidimetric method cannot accurately distinguish the concentration of chloride ions in the turbid test solution.

Embodiment 3

[0062] The operation steps of Example 3 are basically the same as those of Example 1, except that the formation solution used is the upper formation solution after centrifugation of the turbid formation solution without chloride ions. The centrifugation conditions are: rotating speed 3000r / min, processing time 15min.

[0063] The test results are shown in the table below:

[0064] Table 3 The results of the traditional method for detecting the concentration of chloride ions in the turbid solution after centrifugation

[0065]

[0066] It can be seen from Table 3 that after centrifugation is added, the effectiveness of silver chloride turbidimetry in detecting the concentration of chloride ions is slightly enhanced, but it still cannot accurately distinguish the concentration of chloride ions in the turbid solution.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting the concentration of chloride ions in turbid formation liquid. The method for detecting the concentration of the chloride ions in the turbid formation liquid comprises the following steps: (1) taking the turbid formation liquid as a test liquid, centrifuging, and layering the solution; (2) adding a reagent 1 into the layered upper-layer solution, uniformly shaking, heating in a water bath, and cooling to room temperature; (3) adding a reagent 2 into the cooled reaction solution, uniformly mixing, fixing the volume, and standing; (4) preparing a chloride ion standard solution with known concentration, and treating by adopting the method in the step (1) and the step (3); (5) comparing the turbidity of the treated test solution with the turbidity of the chloride ion standard solution to obtain the chloride ion concentration in the turbid formation solution. According to the method for detecting the concentration of the chloride ions in the turbid formation liquid, a traditional visual turbidimetry is improved, suspended solids in the formation liquid are eliminated, interference of the suspended solids in the formation liquid on detection of the concentration of the chloride ions is reduced, and the accuracy of detection of the concentration of the chloride ions in the formation liquid is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention specifically relates to a method for detecting the concentration of chloride ions in a turbid transformation solution. Background technique [0002] Anode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitors (hereinafter referred to as anode foil) is the main material for producing capacitors, and the performance of the anode foil will be destroyed by chloride ions on its surface. If the chloride ion content in the anode foil is too high, it will cause anode corrosion. The concentration of chloride ions in the formation solution is the main factor affecting the chloride ion content of the anode foil. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly monitor and control the concentration of chloride ions in the formation solution during the production process to reduce the risk of excessive chloride ion content in the anode foil. [0003] The commonly used detection methods for chloride ion concentration are: nephelometric method, argentometric titration, ion...
