Abstract

The invention discloses a German chamomile seed pelleting composition and a pelleting method thereof. The German chamomile seed pelleting composition comprises a filler, water-absorbent resin, an adhesive, a disintegrating agent, a bactericide and a fertilizer. The German chamomile seed pelleting processing method comprises the steps: processing that German chamomile seeds ; performing spraying ;performing coating; performing screening; and carrying out drying to obtain the German chamomile pelleted seeds. The grain size of German chamomile seeds is effectively increased, and mechanical seeding is facilitated; an adopted adhesive is added in the form of an adhesive aqueous solution in the mass percent of 0.5%-2.0%, and the adhesive aqueous solution not only can adhere other components tothe surfaces of the seeds, but also can effectively promote the growth of the germinated seeds; an adopted bactericide is thymol which is added in the form of 0.1%-0.5% thymol aqueous solution, and the botanical bactericide is used for replacing the traditional bactericide, so that the soil pollution is avoided. The aqueous solution is a water extract of dry powder of overground parts of German chamomile, Hyssopus officinalis and rosemary.
