Embodiment 1

[0035] (1) Mix 40mL N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and 10mL dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) at a temperature of 50°C to prepare a mixed solution;

[0036] (2) Add lead iodide and cesium iodide with a molar ratio of 1:5 to the above mixed solution, and rotate and stir at a temperature of 50°C for 15h at a rotation speed of 500rpm to prepare a supersaturated precursor solution;

[0037] (3) Filter the above-mentioned supersaturated precursor solution twice with a 2 μm funnel, and put it into a crystal growth bottle;

[0038] (4) Place the crystal growth bottle on a heating platform and heat it to 40°C, and the crystals will start to grow slowly;

[0039] (5) Control the temperature of the growth bottle to rise at a rate of 0.2°C / h to carry out crystal growth, and stop the growth when other impurities grow in the solution.

[0040] Structure Characterization

[0041] The perovskite prepared in this embodiment 1 is carried out structural characterization to the crystal, and the result ob...

Embodiment 2

[0047]The basic steps are the same as in Example 1, except that the volume ratio of N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) to dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is 3:1, and the crystals start to grow slowly at 70°C .

Embodiment 3

[0049] (1) Mix 40mL N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and 20mL dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) at a temperature of 70°C to prepare a mixed solution;

[0050] (2) Add lead iodide and cesium iodide with a molar ratio of 1:4 to the above mixed solution, and rotate and stir at a temperature of 70°C for 15h at a rotation speed of 500rpm to prepare a supersaturated precursor solution;

[0051] (3) Filter the supersaturated precursor solution 3 times with a 2 μm funnel, and put it into a crystal growth bottle;

[0052] (4) Place the crystal growth bottle on a heating platform and heat it to 90°C, and the crystals begin to grow slowly;

[0053] (5) Control the temperature of the growth bottle to rise at a rate of 0.1° C. / h to carry out crystal growth.

Abstract

The invention discloses a Cs4PbI6 perovskite crystal as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The perovskite crystal is an inorganic cation Cs<+> surrounded [PbI6]<4-> octahedron. Thepreparation method comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing N, N-dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide, adding lead iodide and cesium iodide to prepare a supersaturated precursor solution, filtering the supersaturated precursor solution, heating to carry out crystal growth, and stopping growth until other impurities grow in the solution. The Cs4PbI6 perovskite crystal disclosed by theinvention is high in quality, regular in appearance, good in transparency, good in stability, high in quantum luminous efficiency and high in responsivity, and can be used for nuclear radiation detection; and meanwhile, an inverse temperature crystallization method is adopted during preparation, the operation is simple, the controllability is high, the repeatability is good, and large-scale industrial production can be realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The technical perovskite field of the present invention, especially relates to a kind of Cs 4 PB 6 Perovskite crystals, preparation methods and applications. Background technique [0002] In recent years, inorganic metal halide perovskites have attracted much attention due to their unique properties. Perovskite crystals are cheap, easy to prepare, have good photoconductivity and ion conductivity, and high carrier mobility, with The gap is adjustable, and its photoelectric conversion efficiency is comparable to that of semiconductors with excellent performance such as crystalline silicon. These perovskite materials are widely used in various fields, such as solar cells, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), photodetectors, etc. [0003] for Cs 4 PB 6 Perovskite material, [PbI6] 4- Octahedrons are completely isolated from each other and surrounded by inorganic cations, and are completely decoupled in all directions. This decoupling has a great influence on...
