Abstract

The particle classification device comprises a shell, a particle inlet pipe, a plurality of air outlet pipes, a dispersing sieve plate, structured packing, a collecting sieve plate, a second particle outlet pipe and an air distributor, wherein a first particle outlet pipe is arranged at the bottom end of the shell; the particle inlet pipe and the air outlet pipes are arranged on the top of the shell, the air outlet pipes are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction and encircle the particle inlet pipe, and the dispersing sieve plate, the structured packing and the collecting sieve plate are arranged in the shell from top to bottom in sequence; the point of the dispersing sieve plate directly faces the lower end of the particle inlet pipe, an oblique channel is formed in the structured packing, the lower end of the second particle outlet pipe connected with the point of the collecting sieve plate is located outside the shell, the air distributor comprises a ring pipe which is arranged in the shell and located on the lower side of the collecting sieve plate and an air inlet pipe which is communicated with the ringpipe, an opening facing downwards is formed in the ring pipe, and the air inlet pipe penetrates through the side wall of the shell and is connected with an air source.
