Abstract

The invention relates to an integral vulcanization construction method for large-diameter rubber-lined pipelines. The method comprises the following steps that the to-be-vulcanized large-diameter rubber-lined pipelines with qualified rubber linings are connected in series through flanges by using bolts, circular steel rings are arranged at the joints of the pipelines, and the rubber-lined pipelines which are connected in series are placed on a plurality of supporting frames to be fixed; blind plates are arranged at the two ends of the rubber-lined pipelines which are connected in series, circular steel rings are welded to the outer portions of the blind plates, and thermometers, pressure gauges, saturated steam inlet valves and water discharge opening valves are arranged on the blind plates; finally, saturated steam inlet pipelines are connected in a combined mode according to the serial connection shape of the to-be-vulcanized large-diameter rubber-lined pipelines and are fixed insidethe to-be-vulcanized rubber-lined pipelines, and steam exhaust holes are formed in the saturated steam inlet pipelines at equal intervals; and the saturated steam inlet valves are opened, and steam is slowly introduced into the rubber-lined pipelines through the saturated steam inlet pipelines for vulcanization construction. According to the method, a special vulcanizing boiler or vulcanizing tank is not needed, and the vulcanizing time is shortened.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of phosphorus chemical industry, in particular to an overall vulcanization construction method for large-diameter rubber-lined pipelines. Background technique [0002] With the continuous improvement of national industrialization policy and production technology, phosphorus chemical production equipment is developing rapidly towards large-scale, green and energy-saving direction, and the construction management and technical requirements for phosphorus chemical equipment are getting higher and higher. The vulcanization construction of large-diameter rubber-lined pipelines in phosphorus chemical plants is one of the key processes in the installation process of large-diameter rubber-lined pipelines. The vulcanization construction method of conventional large-diameter rubber-lined pipelines is to put the pipeline to be vulcanized into a vulcanization pot or vulcanization tank. The vulcanization operation is com...
