According to the application, 10-30% by mass of the stone needles are added into the two polyester wire cores which are of a double-helix winding structure, so that the stone needles rub against the cellulose staple fiber yarns wrapped and wound on the two polyester wire cores, and the two polyester wire cores rub against each other, thereby achieving the effect of stimulating the release of the stone needles; and besides, 2.4-7.2% by mass of the arenga engleri is addedinto the cellulose staple fiber yarns, so that the structural strength and the distribution uniformity of the yarns are improved through the arenga engleri which is free from fat, low in heat energyand high in fiber, and the magnetic therapy health care effect is improved.
