Abstract

The invention discloses a tripod ionic liquid material for enriching phosphorylated peptides, a preparation method thereof, and application of the material to enrichment of phosphorylated peptides insamples containing phosphorylated peptides. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) modifying a tripod chelating structure containing organic phosphonic acid functionalized ionic liquid onto a substrate material; and (2) binding metal ions to the three-foot chelating structure containing the organic phosphonic acid functionalized ionic liquid. The functionalized material preparedby the invention has a large specific surface area, better hydrophilicity, metal ion immobilization capability, acid and alkali resistance and stability, has good specific selective binding to phosphorylated peptides, and is suitable for enrichment and purification of phosphorylated peptides of complex biological samples. The material has a wide application prospect in the field of biomedicine.
