Embodiment 1

[0034] A kind of preparation method of green environmental protection type phytic acid choline flame retardant, the steps are:

[0035] (1) 0.7mol sodium hydroxide and 0.7mol choline chloride were dissolved in 300g and 200g ethanol respectively, after the two solutions were mixed and reacted at normal temperature for 1h, suction filtration obtained the filtrate of choline hydroxide;

[0036] (2) Take 0.117mol phytic acid and dissolve it in 100g ethanol, mix the filtrate of the choline hydroxide obtained in step (1), react at normal temperature for 1h, remove the supernatant, and then wash with ethanol several times to pH =7 and no change, and then dried for 10 hours under the conditions of temperature 80° C. and pressure −0.08 MPa to obtain a phytic acid choline flame retardant, denoted as CPA1.

Embodiment 2

[0038] A preparation method of a green environment-friendly flame retardant, the steps are:

[0039] (1) 0.7mol sodium hydroxide and 0.7mol choline chloride are dissolved in 300g and 200g methanol respectively, after reacting at normal temperature for 8h, suction filtration obtains the filtrate of choline hydroxide;

[0040] (2) Weigh 0.1053mol phytic acid and dissolve it in 100g methanol, react at normal temperature for 12h, get the filtrate of choline hydroxide obtained in step (1) and mix, remove the supernatant, and then wash with ethanol several times to pH =7 and no change, and then dried for 10 hours under the conditions of temperature 80° C. and pressure −0.06 MPa to obtain phytic acid choline flame retardant, denoted as CPA2.

Embodiment 3

[0042] A preparation method of a green environment-friendly flame retardant, the steps are:

[0043] (1) 0.7mol sodium hydroxide and 0.7mol choline chloride are dissolved in 300g and 200g methanol respectively, after reacting at normal temperature for 3h, suction filtration obtains the filtrate of choline hydroxide;

[0044] (2) Weigh 0.0585mol phytic acid and dissolve it in 100g methanol, react at normal temperature for 10h, get the filtrate of choline hydroxide obtained in step (1) and mix, remove the supernatant, and then wash with ethanol several times to pH =7 and no change, and then dried for 10 hours under the conditions of temperature 80°C and pressure -0.1MPa to obtain phytic acid choline flame retardant, which is denoted as CPA3.

Abstract

The invention relates to a phytic acid choline flame retardant, a preparation method thereof and application of the choline phytate flame retardant in preparation of flame-retardant thermoplastic starch, and belongs to the field of flame retardants and flame-retardant thermoplastic starch. The preparation method of the green and environment-friendly phytic acid choline flame retardant comprises the following steps: taking choline chloride, sodium hydroxide and a solvent, reacting for 1-8 hours at the temperature of-10 DEG C to 60 DEG C, and then performing suction filtration to obtain filtrateof choline hydroxide; and adding a phytic acid solution into a reaction container provided with a thermometer and a stirrer, wherein the ratio of phytic acid to choline is 0.8-2.0 based on the molarratio of nitrogen atoms in quaternary ammonium salt to free hydroxyl in phytic acid, reacting for 1-12 h, then removing the solvent and drying to obtain the phytic acid choline flame retardant; the flame-retardant thermoplastic starch with the flame-retardant grade of V-0 is obtained by modifying starch with the flame retardant. The preparation method is simple, green and environment-friendly andhas good compatibility with starch, and the thermoplastic starch maintains good transparency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of flame retardants and flame retardant thermoplastic starches, in particular to a preparation method of a type of intumescent flame retardant and its use for preparing flame retardant thermoplastic starches. Background technique [0002] Starch is a natural polymer that is second only to cellulose in terms of yield on the earth, and is mainly found in fruits, seeds, rhizomes and tubers of plants. In addition to being called the main food source of human beings, starch is also widely used in non-edible fields. Especially since the 21st century, with the surge of population and the shortage of oil resources, human beings have to face the dual pressure of resources and environment. Due to the biodegradability and environmental friendliness of biopolymer materials, such materials have aroused widespread interest in academia and industry. However, starch is as flammable as most petroleum-based plastics, which hinders i...
