Abstract

The invention discloses an SA105 material flange for a fast neutron reactor nuclear power station. The carbon steel flange comprises the following chemical components: 0.15-0.28wt% of carbon, 0.12-0.30wt% of silicon, 0.75-1.35wt% of manganese, less than or equal to 0.015wt% of phosphorus, less than or equal to 0.003wt% of sulfur, less than or equal to 0.15wt% of copper, 0.20-0.40wt% of nickel, less than or equal to 0.12wt% of molybdenum, 0.05-0.08wt% of vanadium and the balance iron, wherein the total content of copper, nickel, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium does not exceed 1.00%, and the total content of chromium and molybdenum elements does not exceed 0.32%. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the SA105 material flange for the fast neutron reactor nuclear power station. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of smelting raw materials; forging; carrying out heat treatment; testing the performance; machining; carrying out nondestructive testing; and obtaining a finished product. By adopting the method, the chemical components are precisely controlled, so that the content of the chemical components powerfully meets the performance requirement. The nuclear power carbon steel flange and a forge piece have relatively high requirements on mechanical property uniformity. The uniformity of the chemical components is controlled, component segregation is avoided, and the material performance stability is improved.
