The human milk oligosaccharide consists of neutral human milk oligosaccharide and acidic human milk oligosaccharide, wherein the weight ratio of the neutral human milk oligosaccharide to the acidic human milk oligosaccharide is (60-70):(30-40); the neutral human milk oligosaccharide comprises one or more selected from 2'-fucosyl lactose (2'-FL), 3-fucosyl lactose (3-FL) and lactose-N-neotetraose (LNnT); and the acidic human milk oligosaccharide comprises one or more selected from 3'-sialyl lactose (3'-SL), 6'-sialyl lactose (6'-SL) and sialic acid.
