Embodiment approach

[0039] Such as figure 1 Shown is an embodiment of the preparation method of the gold-lead sulfide core-shell nanorod photodetector of the present invention, the preparation method of the gold-lead sulfide core-shell nanorod photodetector, first, through three steps of cation Gold lead sulfide core-shell nanorod Au-PbS NRs with good crystallinity was prepared by displacement method. The preparation process of gold lead sulfide core-shell nanorod Au-PbS NRs is as follows: figure 1 shown. The growth process of the shell can be divided into three steps, the first step is to grow a layer of silver around the gold nanorods; the second step is to generate silver sulfide through the sulfidation reaction; the third step is to prepare the lead sulfide shell through the cation exchange reaction. Then, Au-PbS NRs photodetectors based on field-effect phototransistors were fabricated by liquid-phase spin-coating technology. Specifically include the following steps:

Abstract

The invention provides a gold-lead sulfide core-shell nanorod photodetector and a preparation method thereof. Gold-lead sulfide core-shell nanorods (Au-PbS NRs) with good crystallinity are prepared through a three-step cation replacement method. The growth process of a shell layer includes the following three steps that: 1, a layer of silver is grown around the gold nanorods; 2, silver sulfide isgenerated through a vulcanization reaction; and 3, a lead sulfide shell layer is prepared through a cation exchange reaction. A field effect phototransistor-based Au-PbS NRs photodetector is preparedthrough a liquid phase spin coating technology. The gold nanorods and the lead sulfide semiconductor are combined, so that the performance of the device is enhanced, and therefore, the device is morestable, easy to operate and can be used in a large range. The detection performance such as quantum efficiency, responsivity and detection rate of the specially prepared photodetector is improved several times, and the improvement of the detection performance of the photodetector in a near-infrared band can be also realized. The preparation method has the advantages of simplicity, easiness in operation, rapidness, low cost, capability of realizing large-area production, and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of optoelectronic devices, in particular to a gold-lead sulfide core-shell nanorod photodetector and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Photodetectors are the core components of optoelectronic systems, which can convert optical signals into electrical signals that can be stored. After special processing of electrical signals according to different needs, photodetectors are widely used in various fields such as biology, medicine, and military affairs. [0003] Lead sulfide (PbS) has a large exciton Bohr radius (18nm) and a small forbidden band width (0.4eV), and its forbidden band width can be continuously adjusted between 0.4-2.0eV through the quantum confinement effect , can achieve efficient absorption of light in the range of 600nm-3000nm. With the development of nanoscience, some materials with unique properties can be combined to form heterogeneous structures, so as to give full play to ...
