Abstract

A hull system mainly consists of a main hull, an air cushion, an ice cutter, a cab and a guardrail; a propulsion system is composed of air-screw propellers which are distributed at the tail and the bottom of the main hull and generate the sinusoidal pulsation load on sea ice in the vertical direction while enabling the air cushion icebreaker to advance at the constant speed; an arranged monitoring system mainly comprises a sensor array and a camera array, is also arranged on the periphery of the mainhull and is used for collecting water level and ice condition information; and an arranged control system is used for analyzing and processing the information collected by the monitoring system, and controlling the propulsion system according to the collected information so as to adjust the advance speed and the pulsation frequency of the vertical pulsation load. The air cushion icebreaker has theadvantages that the structure is simple, meanwhile, the ice layer waveform resonance is matched with the vertical ice cutter arranged at the bottom of the main hull, and thus the ice breaking efficiency is high.
