Problems solved by technology

However, its use is limited due to its high cost, so researchers search for low-cost adsorbent materials to replace activated carbon
The adsorption materials and preparation methods for dye wastewater in the prior art have disadvantages such as cumbersome preparation process, high energy consumption, low adsorption efficiency, non-recyclable utilization, and easy to cause secondary pollution.
[0005] Okara is a by-product of processing soybean products. my country is currently one of the countries with the largest production of okara in the world. It can produce about 20 million tons of wet okara every year. Due to the rough taste of okara, high moisture content, difficult storage, and low energy content, etc. The characteristics limit the further utilization of bean dregs
At present, except for animal feed, plant fertilizer or direct waste, it has not been effectively used

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a bean dreg-based porous carbon material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating bean dregs to obtain bean dreg powder; (2) calcining and pyrolyzing the bean dreg powder obtained in the step (1), and carrying out pre-carbonization treatment to obtain pre-carbonized bean dregs; and (3) adding an activating agent into thebean dregs subjected to pre-carbonization treatment in the step (2) for activation to obtain the bean dreg-based porous carbon material. According to the invention, pre-carbonization treatment is carried out on the pretreated bean dregs; in the calcining pyrolysis process, volatilization of moisture and organic matters can form a certain pore structure, and high-temperature carbonization is performed again after the activating agent is added, so that the bean dreg-based porous carbon material has a rich and developed pore structure and proper pore size and pore volume, more active sites are generated, and the adsorption effect is improved. The invention further provides the bean dreg-based porous carbon material which is high in specific surface area, large in pore diameter and pore volume, high in adsorption capacity and large in adsorption capacity. The invention further provides application of the bean dreg-based porous carbon material. The bean dreg-based porous carbon material isused for treating dye wastewater.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of materials, in particular to a bean dregs-based porous carbon material, a preparation method and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, with the rapid development of science and technology in our country, the scale of dyestuffs and printing and dyeing enterprises is growing day by day. Dyestuffs are widely used in textile, leather, paper, pharmaceutical, food, plastics and cosmetics industries. At the same time, a large amount of dye wastewater is produced in the process of production and use. The production wastewater in the printing and dyeing industry accounts for 30-40% of the total industrial wastewater. According to reports, every 1 ton of printing and dyeing textiles will consume 200 tons of water, 90% of which will become printing and dyeing wastewater. In addition, dye wastewater has the characteristics of high biological toxicity, high chroma, difficult biodegradation, strong r...
