Embodiment 1

[0045] Dissolve 30g of calcium chloride and 3g of polyaspartic acid in 20ml of water, and adjust the pH to 7 to prepare Reagent A. Prepare reagent B according to the calcium-phosphorus ratio of 1.67, and adjust the pH to 7.

[0046] Preparation of demineralized dentin slices: prepare dentin slices with a size of about 3*3*2mm, etch with 37% phosphoric acid for 15 seconds, and rinse with deionized water for 30 seconds. Apply reagent A on the surface of dentin for 20 minutes and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then apply reagent B for 20 minutes and let stand for 10 minutes.

[0047] To prepare the model of monolayer recombinant type Ⅰ collagen: take 8 μL of rat tail type Ⅰ collagen fiber stock solution and dissolve it in 0.5 mL buffer solution (50 mM glycine, 200 mM potassium chloride, pH=9.2). Draw 3 μL of collagen solution and drop it on the tweezers, and place it in a 37°C incubator for more than 10 hours. After taking out 0.05% glutaraldehyde and crosslinking for 1 hour, rin...

Abstract

The invention discloses a tooth mineralization liquid and a tooth mineralization method. The tooth mineralization liquid is used for mineralizing collagen and teeth and comprises two separate parts, namely a reagent A with a compound of non-collagenous protein analog and calcium salts, and a reagent B with phosphates. The preparation of the tooth mineralization liquid requires adjusting pH of thereagents A and B to 5-12. The tooth mineralization method via the tooth mineralization liquid includes smearing the reagent A to the tooth surface, allowing to the smeared reagent A to stand, smearingthe reagent B to the tooth surface, and allowing the smeared reagent B to stand, wherein smearing can be carried out many times as required to arrive at tooth mineralization. In addition, the tooth mineralization liquid also allows the collagen to be biomineralized in the same way; mineralization includes taking single-layer recombinant collagen fibers, collagen gel and collagen sponge, soaking or suspending in the reagent A, taking out, suck-drying with filter paper, and soaking or suspending in the reagent B to arrive at biomineralization, wherein the mineralization can also be performed many times.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biological materials, and in particular relates to a tooth mineralization liquid and a method for applying it to teeth and collagen mineralization. Background technique [0002] It is well known that the structure of a tooth consists of an inner layer of dentin and an outer shell of enamel. Dentin is composed of a hierarchical, ordered arrangement of mineralized collagen. Hydroxyapatite is deposited orderly on the surface and inner interstitial regions of the collagen template. Minerals within these fibers are particularly important for the mechanical and biological properties of teeth and bones. However, the complexity of the structure makes dentin mineralization has always been a difficulty in biomimetic mineralization. There are also dentine tubules in the dentin, which communicate with the pulp. If factors such as acid erosion, abrasion, or gingival recession cause the loss of enamel or cementum and deminer...
