Abstract

The method comprises: providing an electrolytic solution containing a polar solvent and a supporting electrolyte; extracting a sanshool mother solution of a sample, carrying outdilution by using the electrolytic solution to obtain a to-be-tested solution, and adding an alpha-SOH standard solution to obtain a mixed solution; preparing an equal-concentration equal-volume to-be-tested solution again and adding two-times-volume alpha-SOH standard solution to obtain a mixed solution; repeating the process by multiple times and then detecting differential pulse voltammetry curves of sanshool substances in the mixed solution respectively by using a three-electrode system; and calculating the content of sanshool by combining a formula. The electrolytic solution has conductivity and no background interference exists during detection. The electrolytic solution has advantages of fast detection, high sensitivity, simpleness, high measurement accuracy, short time required for sample analysis, low cost, and great convenience in on-line detection and the like in the specific detection process.
