[0037] The test soil was collected from arsenic and cadmium composite polluted soil in Dongfang City, Hainan Province. The soil was naturally air-dried, ground and passed through a 2mm sieve. The soil without passivating agent was used as the control treatment. After mixing the soil, put it into a plastic container and place it in a constant temperature incubator for cultivation. During this period, water is added by weighing every other day to maintain 70% of the field water capacity.
