The tea is elaborately compounded from four raw materials of Chinese wolfberry fruits, cassia obtusifolia / cassia tora seeds, panax ginseng roots and tubers and chrysanthemum morifolium inflorescences, wherein the Chinese wolfberry fruits have the efficacy of nourishing liver and kidney and replenishing vital essence to improve eyesight, and are sovereign drugs; the panax ginseng roots and tubers have the efficacy of reinforcing the spleen, benefitting the lung, promoting salivation and nourishing blood and are minister drugs; the Chinese wolfberryfruits and the panax ginseng roots and tubers are used in a combined manner to jointly achieve the efficacy of nourishing qi and blood and tonifying the liver and kidney; and besides, the efficacy ofthe chrysanthemum morifolium inflorescences for calming the liver and improving eyesight and the efficacy of the cassia obtusifolia / cassia tora seeds for clearing heat, improving eyesight and loosening bowel to relieve constipation are used for assistance.
