The environment-friendly industrial brush wires comprise a composite material of any combinationof PV, PVC, PBT and PET, treating fluid and a flame retardant. The method comprises the steps of S1, extrusion of brush wires; S2, shaping and stretching; S3, grinding and shaping; S4, painting and gluing; S5, finishing and cutting; S6, treatment with the treating fluid; and S7, packaging to obtain the environment-friendly industrial brush wires. The brush wires prepared by the method in the invention are non-toxic and non-corrosive, a fireproof effect is achieved, the sharpening effect is improved through chemical treatment, and the brush wires and the method in the invention aresimple in manufacturing process, low in production cost and high in practicability.
