The method comprises the steps of S1, extrusion of brush wires; S2, shaping and stretching; S3, grinding and shaping; S4, painting and gluing; S5, finishing and cutting; S6, treatment with the treating fluid; and S7, packaging to obtain the environment-friendly industrial brush wires.
