Embodiment 1

[0033] (1) Preparation of α-cyclodextrin ester;

[0034] Weigh 1.94g of α-cyclodextrin and dissolve it in 20mL of dimethylformamide, stir it magnetically to dissolve it completely, then add 3mL of triethylamine dropwise, and place it in an ice-water bath at 0°C for 5min with magnetic stirring. Under the condition of nitrogen protection, use a constant pressure dropping funnel to slowly add 2mL of acryloyl chloride dropwise to the flask, and react at room temperature for 30min after the dropwise addition is completed. Suction filtration again after precipitation, the obtained white solid was washed with acetone several times and suction filtration, the final product was placed in a vacuum oven, and dried at 70°C to constant weight to obtain α-cyclodextrin ester;

[0035](2) Preparation of acrylamido azobenzene;

[0036] Weigh 1.97g of p-aminoazobenzene and dissolve it in 20mL of benzene. After the magnetic stirring is completely dissolved, add 1.5mL of triethylamine. At room t...

Embodiment 2

[0039] (1) Preparation of α-cyclodextrin ester;

[0040] Weigh 1.94g of α-cyclodextrin and dissolve it in 15mL of dimethylformamide, stir it magnetically to dissolve it completely, then add 2.5mL triethylamine dropwise, and place it in an ice-water bath at 0°C for 3min with magnetic stirring , under the condition of nitrogen protection, slowly drop 1.5mL of acryloyl chloride into the flask with a constant pressure dropping funnel, and react at room temperature for 20min after the addition is completed. Precipitate with a large amount of acetone and then suction filter again. The obtained white solid is washed with acetone several times and suction filtered. The final product is placed in a vacuum oven and dried at 60°C to constant weight to obtain α-cyclodextrin ester;

Embodiment 3

[0045] (1) Preparation of α-cyclodextrin ester;

[0046] Weigh 1.94g of α-cyclodextrin and dissolve it in 18mL of dimethylformamide, stir it magnetically to dissolve it completely, then add 2mL of triethylamine dropwise, and place it in an ice-water bath at 0°C for 3min with magnetic stirring. Under the condition of nitrogen protection, use a constant pressure dropping funnel to slowly add 1mL of acryloyl chloride dropwise to the flask. After the dropwise addition, react at room temperature for 40min. After the reaction, vacuum filter to remove the precipitated solid. Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental functional material preparation, and relates to a preparation method and application of a photothermal double stimulation response hydrogel containing alpha-cyclodextrin. The method comprises the following steps: firstly preparing alpha-cyclodextrin ester and acrylamido azobenzene, adding the alpha-cyclodextrin ester, the acrylamido azobenzene, methylene bisacrylamide and isopropylacrylamide into a dimethyl sulfoxide solution, and performing ultrasonic shaking to obtain a mixed solution B; adding 2,2'-azobis(2,4-dimethyl)valeronitrile into a dimethyl sulfoxide solution to obtain a mixed liquid D; and finally, adding the mixed liquid D into the mixed liquid B, after mixing is completed, performing a reaction in a water bath to obtain the photothermal double stimulation response hydrogel. According to the method provided by the invention, the cyclodextrin and the photo and temperature structure response units are introduced into the hydrogel prepared by the method, so that the hydrogel can load a large amount of drug molecules, and when an external temperature and an illumination wavelength are changed, the hydrogel can have responsive change of adjusting a release speed of the drug molecules in time; and at the same time, the method is simple and convenient to operate, and the prepared hydrogel is safe and environmentally friendly and has good stability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of environmental functional materials, and in particular relates to a preparation method and application of a hydrogel containing α-cyclodextrin photothermal dual stimulation response. Background technique [0002] With the steady development of modern medical technology and the in-depth integration of multiple disciplines, people are using various materials and methods to further improve the efficacy of drugs. Among them, to achieve more drug enrichment and controllable release speed is Two important ways to improve drug efficacy. Hydrogel is one of the ideal materials for the controlled release of this drug. Hydrogel is a polymer with a three-dimensional network structure that is cross-linked by covalent bonds, hydrogen bonds, or van der Waals forces. It can swell in water and retain a large amount of water without dissolving. It has a good biological phase. Capacitance and permeability, a...
