Embodiment 1

[0026] 15 milliliters of deionized aqueous solution containing the mixed juice of 3 grams of apples and grapes, 6 milliliters of sodium oleate solution (10mmol / L) and 6 milliliters of P123 solution (1mmol / L) were mixed, and stirred until uniformly mixed, the Put the mixed transparent liquid into a 50ml polytetrafluoroethylene-lined stainless steel water heating tank. After tightening the lid, put the water heating tank in an oven at 150°C. After 20 hours of heat preservation, take the water heating tank out of the oven and place it in the air Cool to room temperature, then open the water-heated jar, pour out the mixture inside, centrifuge in a centrifuge at 8000 rpm to obtain a precipitate, then repeatedly wash with water and ethanol to obtain a hollow carbon bowl. Put 1 gram of hollow bowl-shaped carbon into 10 milliliters of ferric nitrate solution (1mol / L), disperse evenly by ultrasonic oscillation, and stir at room temperature for 12 hours, centrifuge in a centrifuge at 800...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of inorganic material preparation and battery materials, and particularly relates to a nitrogen-doped carbon-coated porous hollow bowl-shaped iron oxide powder material and a preparation method thereof. The nitrogen-doped carbon-coated porous hollow bowl-shaped iron oxide powder material is used for an ion battery negative electrode with high volume energy density and stability. A powder particle is formed by compounding iron oxide and carbon, has a complete hollow bowl-shaped morphology and consists of inner and outer double-layer walls; a gap exists between the spherical walls; a nitrogen-doped amorphous carbon film uniformly coats the surface of the iron oxide; and the thickness of a coating layer is controllable. The material has the advantages of a hollow structure material, thereby solving the problem that the capacity is irreversibly reduced due to breaking and falling of the electrode caused by volume change of the iron oxide in charge and discharge processes of a secondary battery; meanwhile, the powder is ensured to have relatively high tap density, thereby improving the volume energy density of the battery; and furthermore, the technical problem of low conductivity of the iron oxide is solved, so that the rate performance of the battery is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of inorganic materials and battery materials, and in particular relates to a nitrogen-doped carbon-coated porous hollow bowl-shaped iron oxide material and a preparation method thereof, and a lithium-ion battery negative electrode for high volume energy and cycle stability. Background technique [0002] Iron oxide has the advantages of high theoretical capacity, low toxicity, corrosion resistance, low price and large global reserves, and is considered as a potential material for negative electrodes of lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries, potassium-ion batteries and other secondary batteries. However, iron oxide has some inherent defects. For example, a large volume change (~96%) during charging and discharging will cause the electrode to break and fall off, and low conductivity will lead to a slow electron transfer rate. Therefore, during the charge-discharge process of ion batteries, ...
