Embodiment 1

[0050] Example 1 A method for preparing yak hide glue that promotes platelet activation, comprising the following steps:

[0051] (1) Clean the fresh Qinghai-Tibet Plateau yak skin with hairs 2 cm away from the skin, and irradiate it with an ultraviolet lamp at a radiation wavelength of 275 nm for 2.0 hours to obtain irradiated yak skin.

[0052] (2) The irradiated yak hide is cut into 3cm pieces, extracted in boiling water for 30 minutes, then taken out, and the yak hide is pierced with a prickly board.

[0053] (3) Put the yak hide obtained in step (2) into the enzymolysis solution with a mass concentration of 0.5%, enzymolyze it at 45° C. for 8 hours, and filter to obtain the filtrate.

[0054] Among them: the enzymolysis solution with a mass concentration of 0.5% refers to a solution obtained by adding 5 g of protease to 1 L of deionized water and mixing them uniformly. Protease refers to the mixture of 2.5g thiol protease, 0.25g alkaline protease, 1.5g compound protease,...

Embodiment 2

[0062] Example 2 A method for preparing yak skin glue that promotes platelet activation, comprising the following steps:

[0063] (1) Clean the fresh Qinghai-Tibet Plateau yak skin with hair 1 cm away from the skin, and irradiate it with a radiation wavelength of 200 nm for 0.3 hours with an ultraviolet lamp to obtain irradiated yak skin.

[0064] (2) The irradiated yak hide is cut into 1cm pieces, extracted in boiling water for 5 minutes, then taken out, and the yak hide is pierced with a prickly board.

[0065] (3) Put the yak hide obtained in step (2) into the enzymolysis solution with a mass concentration of 8%, enzymolyze it at 30° C. for 0.5 hour, and filter to obtain the filtrate.

[0066] Among them: the enzymolysis solution with a mass concentration of 8% refers to a solution obtained by adding 80 g of protease to 1 L of deionized water and mixing them uniformly. Protease refers to the mixture of 2g bromelain, 30g pepsin, 10g trypsin, 8g cathepsin, 16g papain, 14g su...

Embodiment 3

[0074] Example 3 A method for preparing yak skin glue that promotes platelet activation, comprising the following steps:

[0075] (1) Clean the fresh Qinghai-Tibet Plateau yak skin with hairs 1.5 cm away from the skin, and irradiate it with a radiation wavelength of 223 nm for 1.0 hour with an ultraviolet lamp to obtain irradiated yak skin.

[0076] (2) The irradiated yak hide is cut into 2cm pieces, extracted in boiling water for 15 minutes, then taken out, and the yak hide is pierced with a prickly board.

[0077] (3) Put the yak hide obtained in step (2) into the enzymolysis solution with a mass concentration of 5%, enzymolyze it at 40° C. for 4 hours, and filter to obtain the filtrate.

[0078] Among them: the enzymolysis solution with a mass concentration of 5% refers to a solution obtained by adding 50 g of protease to 1 L of deionized water and mixing them uniformly. Protease refers to the mixture of 20g subtilisin, 10g thiol protease and 20g alkaline protease.

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of yak skin gelatin for promoting platelet activation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning fresh Tibetan plateau yak skin with hair, and performing irradiation with ultraviolet lamps to obtain irradiated yak skin; (2) cutting the irradiated yak skin into blocks of 1-3cm, performing extraction in boiling water, taking out the yak skin, and piercing the yak skin with a spiny plate; (3) putting the yak skin obtained in the step (2) into an enzymolysis solution with the mass concentration of 0.5-8% for enzymolysis, and performing filtration to obtain filtrate; (4) adding active carbon into the filtrate, performing full stirring, performing boiling and filtration to obtain a first enzymolysis solution and filter residue respectively; (5) putting the filter residue into an enzymolysis solution with the mass concentration of 1-10% for enzymolysis so as to obtain a second enzymolysis solution; (6) combining the first enzymolysissolution and the second enzymolysis solution, performing boiling for 5 to 40 minutes, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain supernatant; and (7) ultra-filtering the supernatant with a hollowfiber membrane to obtain a yak skin collagen solution, and freeze-drying the yak skin collagen solution to obtain the yak skin gelatin. The method of the invention is simple and easy to implement.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation process of collagen, in particular to a preparation method of yak skin glue which promotes platelet activation. Background technique [0002] At present, the research on yak skin has been carried out with collagen after depilation, ignoring the effect of yak hair. Cow hair is mainly composed of keratin, which has a long chain of amino acids. Keratin is similar to collagen. There are two main proteins, one is intercellular protein with more sulfur elements, which contains cystine; the other is sulfur-containing Less fibrin. [0003] Cystine is a sulfur-containing amino acid, which is mostly contained in keratin. It is one of the essential amino acids for the human body and has no adverse effects on the human body. In medicine, it can promote the oxidation and reduction function of body cells, increase white blood cells and prevent the development of pathogenic bacteria. It is also used for dysentery, typhoid, inf...
