A mold triple impregnating technique is utilized herein; conventional latex impregnating is performed in first and second impregnations to form a conventional latex layer; in third impregnation, an impregnating liquid is a composite latex; the condom with the outermost surface which is of graphene-fluoride composite latex is prepared finally. The condom herein provides outside lubrication and inside separation prevention after being put on. Since graphene fluoride has stable state, the condom never turns gray or dark.
