Abstract

The invention discloses a pipe surface corrosion defect detection method and device based on microwave nondestructive test. The method comprises that a microwave signal reflected by the surface of a detected pipe is collected, imaging is carried out on a phase value of a reflection coefficient via a microwave imaging technology, edge detection is carried out on an imaging result to obtain defect position and width information, a defect detection model is constructed, and defect depth information is calculated. Phase values of the microwave reflection coefficients in different detection positions serve as imaging pixel points, the boundary is identified, the defect position and width information can be obtained, quantitative information of the defect depth can be resolved according to a reflection coefficient phase difference and defect size relation model, and thus, the position, width and depth of the defect in the pipe are detected quantitatively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of defect detection, and in particular relates to a method and device for detecting corrosion defects on the surface of pipelines based on microwave non-destructive testing. Background technique [0002] Conventional pipeline non-destructive testing methods mainly include eddy current testing, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, and radiographic testing. Compared with other non-destructive testing methods, the microwave non-destructive testing technology using microwave as the information carrier has good anti-interference ability, can monitor defects quickly, continuously and in real time, and can provide accurate data at the same time. Reconstruct the image of the defect, so that the size and scope of the defect area can be displayed more intuitively and accurately. Since microwaves have good reflection ability to metal specimens and good penetrating ability to non-metal specimens, this technol...
