A flat belt and a U-shaped belt are evenly wrapped on a heated drum mold according to predetermined positions, and so the quality of a pipe welding seam is ensured after cooling. Continuous winding forming is carried out on the mold, the cooling is selected from water cooling, air cooling or a combination of the water cooling and air cooling according to actual situation, and so the crystallization of the product is more compact and uniform. An infrared heating device isused for heating, and so the production safety is improved.
