Abstract

The system comprises a support protection mechanism, and a belt transmission mechanism, a sensing mechanism,a position correction mechanism, an image collection mechanism and a defective product recovery mechanism that are connected with the support protection mechanism. The sensing mechanism, the positioncorrection mechanism, the image collection mechanism and the defective product recovery mechanism are respectively arranged on both sides of the belt transmission mechanism; the belt transmission mechanism is horizontally arranged in the middle of the support protection mechanism; each mechanism is respectively connected with a motion control card; and the motion control card is connected with a PC component. According to the system disclosed by the present invention, the industrial camera and the computer software detection method used in the system are more accurate than the manual visual inspection, so that the detection precision is effectively improved; a unified detection standard is established, so that the subjective difference existing in the manual detection is eliminated, and the system has high efficiency, and can adapt to various production environments; and the machine vision can achieve non-destructive detection during the detection process, so that hidden dangers of defects after detection are eliminated.
