According to the principle of the method, under the action of upper loads on the geotextile bags, the tension of the bags can provide additional cohesion to soil masses in the bags so as to improve the integral strength andvertical bearing capacity of the embankment, improve the bearing capacity of the embankment, reduce differential settlement, reduce the amount of the geotextile bags and reduce the engineering cost.
