Abstract

The invention discloses a UV photocuring coating containing a perfluoropolyether modified additive as well as a preparation method and an application of the UV photocuring coating. The UV photocuringcoating is prepared from 100 parts by mass of polyfunctional acrylate resin as main resin by being mixed with 0.5-8 parts by mass of the perfluoropolyether modified urethane acrylate additive, 1-5 parts by mass of a photoinitiator and 200-500 parts by mass of a solvent. The coating formed after UV photocuring has excellent properties of good transparency, hydrophobic angle larger than 105 degrees,resistance to marker pen scribble, acid, gasoline, wear and weather and the like. Mechanical properties of the coating are improved by the acrylate resin with higher functionality; the perfluoropolyether modified urethane acrylate additive is prepared from urethane acrylate modified with perfluoropolyether acrylate, and oil stain resistance and solvent resistance of the coating are enhanced.
