The system comprises an energy collection device, a wireless sensor and a data analysis center, wherein the energy collection device is used for converting vibration mechanical energy generated in a train operation process into electric energy and outputting the electric energy to the wireless sensor; the wireless sensor works through the electric energy and is used for collecting the vibration acceleration data of the wheel set bearing in the train operation process by certain frequency and sending the vibration acceleration data to the data analysis center in real time; and the data analysis center is used for carrying out real-time analysis on received train wheel setbearing real-time vibration acceleration data sent from the wireless sensor.
