Problems solved by technology

[0005] In summary, the problem in the prior art is: the determination of NH in the prior art 3 The pretreatment (extraction) method of the sample differs greatly when the -N content is high. Different sample pretreatment methods make the measurement results of silage samples inaccurate, the sample pretreatment process is cumbersome, and the comparability between the measurement results of different laboratories is relatively high. Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural product storage and discloses a sample pretreatment method for determining an ammoniacal nitrogen content of corn silage. The method includes: well mixing collected corn silage to use as a sample; accurately weighing 20g of the silage sample, and adding into a 500ml glass beaker; adding 180ml of distilled water, stirring for 1min, standing at the room temperature for 30min and filtering; determining the ammoniacal nitrogen content of extract liquid. The sample pretreatment method has advantages that high accuracy in determination isachieved, and a standard deviation of three replicate samples can be controlled within 0.23%; distilled water serving as extraction solution can be more easily obtained as compared with deionized water and ultrapure water; the extraction temperature is the room temperature, and the temperature environment requirement in an extraction period can be lowered; an extraction concentration is determined, namely the 20g of the silage sample is extracted in the 180ml of distilled water; the extraction time is 30min and much shorter than existing common extraction time which is 24h.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural product storage, in particular to a sample pretreatment method for measuring the ammoniacal nitrogen content of corn silage. Background technique [0002] At present, the existing technologies commonly used in the industry are as follows: [0003] Silage is one of the main roughages for ruminant farming. Whole plant corn silage accounts for 30% to 80% of the roughage in the dairy cow ration formula due to its high nutritional value and good preservation effect. At present, silage is also gradually being widely used in the diet of beef cattle and mutton sheep. Beginning in 2015, the national "grain to feed" policy has been included in the No. 1 Central Document for three consecutive years. "Grain to feed" mainly adopts the method of raising and bringing seeds to promote the adjustment of planting structure, and promote the planting of feed crops such as silage corn, alfalfa, oats, sweet sor...
