Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following step: transducing decapeptide-12 into mesenchymal stem cell exosome, thereby obtaining the stem cell exosome capable of repairing skin. According to the stem cell exosome capable of repairing skin prepared by the method disclosed by the invention, the invention first discovers that, by binding the mesenchymal stem cell exosome and decapeptide-12 and by utilizing loading capacity and low immunogenicity of exosome cells, thedecapeptide-12 can reach melanocyte so as to further inhibit tyrosinase activity, the inflammatory response can be regulated, and skin related cell regeneration is promoted. The stem cell exosome capable of repairing skin prepared by the invention can achieve effects of eliminating erythema and edema when applied to sun-burned skin, can reduce melanogenesis and further reduce pigmentation and formation of black spots after sunburn, can be applied to the fields of cosmetics, medicines for treating skin diseases and the like, and has obvious effects and important application value.
