Embodiment 1

[0120] Embodiment 1: Compound 1 preparation

[0121]

[0122] Preparation of Intermediate A1

[0123] In a 1L three-necked flask, 40mmol of iridium trichloride hydrate and 170mmol of compound CM1 were added, then 300mL of 2-ethoxyethanol and 100mL of water were added, and the mixture was refluxed overnight under a nitrogen atmosphere. After the reaction, the temperature was lowered to room temperature, the precipitate was filtered, washed with methanol, and dried to obtain intermediate A1, 19 mmol.

[0124] Preparation of Compound 1

[0125] Add 20 mmol of bromobenzene in n-hexane into a 100 mL four-necked flask, cool to -80°C, add 30 mmol of n-butyllithium dropwise under nitrogen atmosphere, stir for 1.5 hours, then add N,N'-di Isopropylcarbodiimide 20mmol, after the dropwise addition, continue to stir for 2 hours to obtain a light yellow solution, add this solution dropwise to the tetrahydrofuran solution of intermediate A1 (10mmol), after the dropwise addition, heat up...

Embodiment 2

[0126] Embodiment 2: the preparation of compound 2

[0127] The CM1 in Example 1 was replaced by equimolar CM2, and the other steps were the same as in Example 1 to obtain the target compound 2, 8 mmol.

Embodiment 3

[0128] Embodiment 3: the preparation of compound 3

[0129] The CM1 in Example 1 was replaced by equimolar CM3, and the other steps were the same as in Example 1 to obtain the target compound 3, 8 mmol.

Abstract

The invention discloses a metal-containing organic complex and an OLED (organic light-emitting diode) containing the same, and relates to the technical field of organic optoelectronic materials. The organic complex structurally comprises a first ligand and an auxiliary ligand, wherein an electron-rich double-nitrogen coordination structure in the auxiliary ligand structure is beneficial to stabilization of central trivalent metal cations and also affects electron cloud distribution on metal iridium, a four-membered ring formed by metal and the ligand with the double-nitrogen coordination structure has higher rigidity, so that unnecessary vibration energy loss can be reduced, and high-efficiency luminescence performance is realized. The first ligand is aryl / heteroaryl nitrogen heterocyclicring structure, red shift of the luminescence performance of the compound is realized by means of large conjugation range, and after introduction of heterocyclic rings containing nitrogen atoms, electron transmission efficiency or hole transmission efficiency can be improved respectively by structural modulation. The device is prepared from the complex which is particularly used as a doping material, shows the advantages of low driving voltage and high luminescence efficiency and is better than the conventional common OLEDs.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of organic photoelectric materials, in particular to a metal-containing organic complex and an organic light-emitting device thereof. Background technique [0002] In 1987, Deng Qingyun and others from Kodak Corporation of the United States first evaporated organic compounds into amorphous organic thin films by vacuum evaporation, and selected different organic materials as hole and electron transport layers to prepare double-layer OLED devices. When the voltage of the device is about 10V, the brightness of the device reaches 1000cd m -2 , the maximum external quantum efficiency EQE (External Quantum Efficiency) is about 1%, showing a very good electroluminescent performance, which indicates that the organic electroluminescent device (OLED) has the possibility of practical application. Since then, Major companies and scientific research institutions have invested a lot of manpower and resources in the resea...
