Problems solved by technology

However, in the actual detection of abnormal points with raised flash edges, the abnormal points have random diversity, which cannot satisfy the distribution or probability model assumed by the above detection method. Therefore, this method of abnormal point detection based on statistical distribution is applied to the workpiece contour Flash anomaly detection has certain limitations

Embodiment Construction

[0038] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and implementation cases:

[0039] The present invention establishes as figure 1 The visual inspection system for the flash and protrusion of the workpiece contour is shown. The system is composed of three parts: image acquisition module, motion control module and host module. The image acquisition module includes an industrial camera 4, a light source 6 and a lens 5; the motion control module includes a motion control card 17, a servo drive, a servo motor and an actuator; the host module mainly includes a host computer 1 and a power supply. The actuator includes a ball screw 10 , a nut 11 and a reducer 8 . The industrial camera 4 connects the nut 11 and the ball screw 10 on the X axis, the nut 11 and the ball screw 10 on the Y axis, and the nut 11 an...

Abstract

The invention relates to a machine vision detection method for a workpiece contour flange protrusion based on G-code guidance. The specific object is to detect the workpiece contour flange protrusion. The method comprises the steps that the transformation relation between workpiece coordinates and image coordinates is analyzed and inferred; an image region-of-interest is extracted under the guidance of a G-code contour in combination with the coordinate transformation relation, the processing method of mid-value filtering, image binarization and edge detection is performed on the extracted region-of-interest, and a workpiece contour edge is obtained; and a standard G-code contour is used as a benchmark to recognize and judge the edge protrusion, a minimum enclosing rectangle method is adopted to enclose the contour edge protrusion, and visual detection of the contour edge protrusion is realized. Through the machine vision detection method for the workpiece contour flange protrusion, starting point, ending point and height information of a feature segment of the workpiece contour flange protrusion can be effectively recognized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a machine vision detection method, in particular to a machine vision detection method for workpiece contour burrs Background technique [0002] Contour flash is inevitable in the manufacturing process of mechanical parts, which includes plastically deformed materials during cutting, abnormal protrusions of castings and forgings, residual materials extruded by welding, etc. The existence of contour flash will have a negative impact on the appearance quality, machining accuracy, assembly accuracy, etc. of the workpiece, thereby reducing the stability and reliability of the mechanical system. It is particularly important, but the prerequisite for removing flash is to first detect and locate the flash. The current method of flash detection is mainly to measure the flash with a vernier caliper and a flat micrometer, or to roughly locate the flash with the naked eye. However, the diversity and randomness of the flash protrusions mak...
