The HPLC detection is carried out under different elution conditions sothat good separation effects are obtained. Through an external internal standard method, the test solution containing the internal standard substance is detected in the fingerprint. The relative peakarea ratio of the common peak and the internal standard peak is used as the mathematical expression of the fingerprint so that the method can reflect the absolute and relative changes of common peak contents better than the method for calculating the relative peak area of each common peak through traditional Chinese medicine ingredients.
