Abstract

The invention discloses an efficient ozone collecting and purifying device. The efficient ozone collecting and purifying device comprises a purifying tower body. The purifying tower body is internallyprovided with a cross separating plate. The interior of the purifying tower body is separated to upwards and downwards arranged atomizing chamber and washing chamber by the cross separating plate. The bottom end of the purifying tower body is provided with an air inlet pipe communicated with the washing chamber. The top end of the purifying tower body is provided with an air outlet communicated with the atomizing chamber. The air outlet is provided with an exhaust blower. The top end of the washing chamber is provided with a spraying device. Multiple first grid purifying plates which are alternately arranged along a vertical direction are installed below the spraying device. The bottom end of the washing chamber is provided with a water collecting tank. The bottom end of the atomizing chamber is provided with an ultrasonic atomization generator and an air pump. The air pump is capable of sucking the air from the washing chamber and blowing into the atomizing chamber. A baffle which ishorizontally arranged is installed above the ultrasonic atomization generator. Multiple flow guiding pipes which are vertically arranged and pass through the baffle are installed below the baffle. The efficient ozone collecting and purifying device is capable of effectively collecting organic waste gases, such as ozone and unpurified VOC, discharged by an industrial device, wherein collected water containing ozone molecules can be used for spray-disinfecting, sterilizing and washing-disinfecting.
