Abstract

The invention relates to a new method for assisting in completing the whole process of an acetabular posterior wall fracture operation with an internal fixing frame system, and belongs to the technical field of medical treatment. The new method comprises the steps that a personalized 3D printed steel plate and a place occupying machine are designed and manufactured; assembling parts of the personalized 3D printed steel plate and the place occupying machine are installed: the personalized 3D printed steel plate and the place occupying machine are firstly assembled in vitro, then the placement and installation of the steel plate is guided by using the matching of the place occupying machine and a fracture defect area, and a temporary fixing function is achieved; screws are inserted into a pelvic area outside a fracture block, and the steel plate is fixed; and construction of a metal internal fixing frame is completed. An optimal nailing path and depth are designed in advance, and corresponding guiding tools are designed, so that the exposure scope of anatomy is reduced, the damage of organism is reduced, and infirm fixation of the screws and accidentally injury of other structures are avoided.
