Abstract

The invention discloses a probe apparatus capable of realizing transmission of a dual-polarized signal by adopting dielectric waveguide. The probe apparatus comprises a base and a dielectric rod; oneend of the dielectric rod is mounted on the base while the other end of the dielectric rod can be inserted in a rectangular waveguide interface of a single-polarized microwave parabolic antenna; an anti-leakage layer for preventing external leakage of the dual-polarized signal is formed on the outer wall of the dielectric rod; a circular waveguide interface for allowing the dual-polarized signal to pass through is formed in the base; and the dielectric rod provides a dual-polarized signal transmission channel.
