Problems solved by technology

The plasma protein binding rate of drugs is an important parameter for pharmacokinetic research. Currently, the pharmacokinetic studies of components such as chlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid A and luteolin have been reported. For the plasma protein binding rate of multi-effect components in sheep ear research has not yet been reported

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting the plasma protein binding rate of nine effect components in Sheepear Inula Herb extract. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a SheepearInula Herb extract sample medicine solution; preparing a standard control solution by using the nine effect components, and preparing a buffer solution; and establishing a method for simultaneously detecting the respective content of the Sheepear Inula Herb extract nine effect components in human plasma, rat plasma and the buffer solution by ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS / MS) analysis technology; and detecting the protein binding rates of the Sheepear Inula Herb extract nine effect components in the human plasma and rat plasma by an equilibrium dialysistechnology to establish the method for detecting the protein binding rate of Sheepear Inula Herb extract nine effect components in the human plasma and rat plasma. The method for detecting the plasmaprotein binding rate of nine effect components in Sheepear Inula Herb extract provides a demonstrative research for the detection of the plasma protein binding rate of traditional Chinese medicinal multiple effect components in different species animals, and is of great significance to study the druggability of traditional Chinese medicinal active components.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of Chinese materia medica research, in particular to a method for measuring the plasma protein binding rate of nine effect components in the extract of Chamomile chinensis. Background technique [0002] After the drug is absorbed into the blood from the administration site, part of it is combined with plasma proteins to become a bound drug, and part of it is in a free molecular state, and the drug can only exert its efficacy when it is in the free form. Studies have shown that the combination of drugs and plasma proteins not only affects the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of drugs in the body, but also is closely related to the intensity of pharmacological effects of drugs. Therefore, the plasma protein binding rate of the research drug is not only beneficial to guide the drug administration regimen design and safety evaluation, but also has great significance for the druggability research of acti...
