Problems solved by technology

The preparation of existing scorodite is generally carried out at a pH of 2 to 4. When it is used to treat acidic arsenic-containing wastewater, a large amount of neutralizing reagents are needed to adjust the pH, and the removal effect of arsenic needs to be further improved.

Embodiment 1

[0035] This embodiment provides a method for preparing three-dimensional spherical scorodite crystals, which includes: weighing ferric nitrate and sodium arsenate solids, making a mixed solution with deionized water and concentrated nitric acid, and the iron concentration and arsenic concentration are both 0.15 mol / L, the concentration of concentrated nitric acid is 0.12mol / L, and the pH of the mixed solution is 1.43. Put the mixed solution into a 50mL autoclave, and place it in an oven at 200°C for 12 hours. After the reaction, the solution naturally After cooling to room temperature, it was separated by suction filtration, and the filter residue was washed with deionized water and then dried at 60°C to obtain a solid sample.

Embodiment 2

[0037] This example provides a method for preparing three-dimensional spherical scorodite crystals. The difference from Example 1 is that the concentration of nitric acid added is 0.15 mol / L, and the pH of the mixed solution is 1.33.

Embodiment 3

[0039] This example provides a method for preparing three-dimensional spherical scorodite crystals. The difference from Example 1 is that the concentration of nitric acid added is 0.18 mol / L, and the pH of the mixed solution is 1.20.

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method and an application of a three-dimensional spherical scorodite crystal. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: pH of a reaction system consistingof a trivalent iron source and a pentavalent arsenic source is regulated to 0.93-1.5, and a hydrothermal synthesis reaction is performed at 120-200 DEG C. The obtained three-dimensional spherical scorodite crystal has a micro morphology structure different from structure of conventional conical or pyramidal scorodite, the molecular formula and water content of the crystal are the same as those ofconventional scorodite, and the crystal has better environmental stability and is suitable for landfilling or stockpiling; arsenic and iron can be removed simultaneously and efficiently in a preparation process, so that the preparation method has quite good application potential when applied to treatment of arsenic-containing wastewater, furthermore, pH value in the preparation process is closerto acidity of acidic arsenic-containing wastewater in the actual situation, usage of a neutralizer is reduced, and wastewater treatment cost is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of inorganic crystal synthesis and environmental water treatment, in particular to a preparation method and application of a three-dimensional spherical scorodite crystal. Background technique [0002] With the occurrence of arsenic pollution incidents in water bodies in recent years, arsenic as a highly toxic element that endangers human health has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life. Common arsenic removal methods include lime method, sulfuration method, lime iron salt method, etc. For industrial arsenic-containing wastewater, the treatment method with small slag production, stable waste slag, and simple operation is very advantageous. Therefore, the conversion of arsenic into arsenic-containing crystalline minerals has attracted increasing attention, among which scorodite (FeAsO 4 2H 2 O) is the most researched, and the content of arsenic in scorodite crystals is very high (32%), and scorodite...
