Problems solved by technology

However, these protective products have poor air permeability, are bulky, and are uncomfortable to wear. At the same time, lead has serious harm to the human body and the environment.
[0004] There are many existing patents related to radiation protection fabrics. For example, the Chinese invention patent "A Radiation Protection Fabric" (CN 105962502A) discloses a preparation method of a radiation protection fabric. The structure of the fabric includes a surface layer and an inner layer. It is made of silver fiber and lint blended, the outer surface of the surface layer is uniformly provided with a number of silver ion fiber protrusions, the inner layer is made of a blend of natural cotton blended fabric fiber layer and mulberry silk fiber layer, and carbon fiber is placed between the surface layer and the inner layer Rod and Shengma fiber block support layer; Chinese invention patent "A radiation-proof fabric" (CN 105639788A) discloses a preparation method of a radiation-proof fabric, the fabric components include nanometer far-infrared ceramic fibers, sulfonamide Fiber, mercerized cotton, seaweed fiber, stainless steel wire, adhesive, utilize the metal layer to form a tight shielding net to achieve the effect of shielding rays; in the Chinese invention patent "anti-radiation antibacterial fabric" (CN 104354351A), a kind of anti-radiation and antibacterial fabric is disclosed. The preparation method of the radiation antibacterial fabric, the base layer of the fabric is woven with nano-silver fiber, the upper surface of the base layer is bonded with a layer of aluminum alloy film through an adhesive, and the aluminum alloy film is provided with an anti-static barrier composed of spikes with conductive fibers. The common disadvantage is that the fabric is a multi-layer structure, which is bulky, inconvenient to use and put on and take off, and the protective effect is not ideal

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing X and gamma ray protection fabrics. The method includes preparing graphene oxide solution from exfoliated graphite; generating bismuth tungstate among graphene oxide lamellas in an in-situ manner from bismuth nitrate pentahydrate and sodium tungstate so as to obtain graphene oxide with intercalation flake bismuth tungstate and washing, drying and calcining the graphene oxide to obtain first graphene oxide powder; preparing second graphene oxide powder from europium nitrate, gadolinium nitrate, samarium nitrate and barium sulfate; mixing the first graphene oxide powder and the second graphene oxide powder with each other to obtain first mixtures, modifying the first mixtures by the aid of silane coupling agents, then adding the first mixtures into acrylic resin solution, uniformly mixing the first mixtures and the acrylic resin solution with one another to obtain second mixtures, then applying the second mixtures to the surfaces of polyestertextile fabrics which are already subjected to corona discharge treatment, and carrying out hot-press molding to obtain the X and gamma ray protection polyester fabrics. The exfoliated graphite is araw material for the graphene oxide solution. The bismuth nitrate pentahydrate and the sodium tungstate are raw materials for the graphene oxide. The europium nitrate, the gadolinium nitrate, the samarium nitrate and the barium sulfate are raw materials for the second graphene oxide powder. The method has the advantages that the X and gamma ray protection polyester fabrics prepared by the aid of the method are excellent in breathability and high-temperature resistance, high in X ray shielding rate, good in durability and free of lead and are lightened, and accordingly the method has an excellent application prospect in the aspect of X ray radiation protection.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of radiation protection, in particular to a method for preparing X and gamma ray protective fabrics. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the rapid development of national defense scientific research, radiation medicine and atomic energy industry, the use of various rays has become increasingly widespread. X and gamma rays are important ones. Long-term exposure to X and gamma rays can cause damage to gonads, mammary glands, hematopoietic bone marrow, etc. Excessive doses can even cause cancer, posing a serious threat to the human body. Therefore, according to the properties of X and γ-rays and their mechanism of action with substances, corresponding materials should be selected and prepared for protection. [0003] Metal materials such as lead plates and iron plates were first used for X and gamma ray shielding. Later, leaded glass, plexiglass and rubber products were developed and processed...
