Wind energy is directly used for driving a wind turbine; clean air passes through a compressor to enter a pressure stabilizing tank; afterthe pressure is stabilized, the clean air is liquefied in a GM refrigerator; a throttle valve is used for throttling; the liquid-state air reaches a storage tank for storage; in the electricity use peak period, the liquid-state air in low-temperature storage tank is leaded out for pressurization by a low-temperature pump; the liquid-state air is firstly heated in a low-temperature heat exchanger by afterheat of output gas of an all-flow screw expander, and exchanges heat with hot water leaded out from a solar hot water tank in a high-temperature heat exchanger to become high-temperature and high-pressure gas-state air; and finally, the all-flow screw expander is used for expansion acting to drive a generator to rotationally generate electricity. The system is a novel liquefied air energy storage and power generation technology, and is free of pollution and excellent in application prospect.
