The invention also discloses the preparation method of the anti-ultraviolet halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene composite material. According to the zinc oxide porous nanotube synergized anti-ultraviolet halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene composite material and the preparation method thereof, surface treated zinc oxide porous nanotubes are used to assist the dispersionof the hyperbranched polymer, so that the compatibility and dispersibility of the hyperbranched polymer in a polypropylene matrix are improved, and better UV resistance and a better flame retardant synergistic effect are further exerted; the zinc oxide nanotubes of porous size scale are more prominent on carbon formation efficiency and drip-proofing effect, so that the prepared polypropylene composite material also overcomes the drawback that a traditional anti-dripping agent PTFE significantly reduces the fluidity of a material, thereby bringing a great convenience for the processing of thin-walled multi-mold cavity products.
