Four cornersat the periphery of a calibration plate are detected through the camera, so as to determine the position of the calibration plate. Afterwards, a projection image is projected to the calibration plate.The method can enable a person to be liberated from the tedious calibration operation, and achieves the program automation. The whole calibration time is controlled within 90s, which is equivalent tothe manual calibration time of a skillful worker, wherein the calibration precision of the method is even higher than the precision of the manual calibration.
