Abstract

The present invention relates to a powder automatic flattening device and an application method thereof. The device comprises a control cabinet, multiple sets of linear modules, a flattening die, a laser distance measurement sensor, a powder concentration detector, a gas circuit flexible pipe, a cleaning nozzle, a dust-absorbing device, flattening powder heads and an electric rotating table. The powder automatic flattening device is configured to automatically perform flattening processing of powder in a die to provide uniform and flat powder matrix for a follow-up compacting operation, the laser distance measurement sensor cooperates with the electric rotating table to detect the powder flattening degree after flattening processing; the cleaning nozzle, the dust-absorbing device and the gas circuit flexible pipe are cooperatively used to clean residual floating powder or residues in the cleaning die; the flattening powder heads are configured to perform flattening processing of the powder in the die; and the powder concentration detector is configured to detect dust concentration around the detection device.
