Abstract

The establishment method comprises the following steps: preparation of a sample solution fortest, a single-flavor ingredient medicinal material sample solution for test and a reference substance solution, determination of chromatographic conditions of an HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography), and determination of a fingerprint, wherein the conditions of the HPLC are described as follows: a column is UItimate LP-C18 (250mm*4.6mm, 5mum), the flow velocity is 1.0mL / min, the columntemperature is 30 DEG C, the detection wavelength is 237nm, acetonitrile (A)-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (B) is adopted, and gradient elution is adopted.
