Abstract

The invention provides application of apigenin in the preparation of a medicine for preventing and treating hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease and ischemic cerebrovascular disease caused by high blood pressure. The invention indicates that apigenin treatment can decrease the death rate of model mice with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by a dosage-dependent method. The apigenin decreases the onset risk of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by regulating the genetic expression of cerebrovascular smooth muscle cells.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medicine, and in particular relates to the application of natural medicine apigenin in the preparation of medicines for preventing and treating hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease and ischemic cerebrovascular disease caused by hypertension. Background technique [0002] Hypertensive disease can cause secondary damage to many organs, among which cerebrovascular disease caused by hypertension is the most serious type of complication and has become a major health burden for human beings. According to the "China Cardiovascular Disease Report 2016", there are at least 7 million stroke patients in China, and it is speculated that at least 20% of them are hemorrhagic strokes (ie, hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease, cerebral hemorrhage), that is, at least 1.4 million, and the rest are ischemic strokes ( ischemic cerebrovascular disease). The "China Stroke Prevention Report (2015)" pointed out that stroke is the first cau...
