Problems solved by technology

Although acid hydrolysis can obtain a higher yield of glucose, concentrated acid not only causes great corrosion to equipment, but also contains a large amount of hydrolyzate that inhibits microorganisms in the hydrolyzate, making the final ethanol fermentation efficiency low
In addition, the low yield and unstable nature of cellulase also increase the difficulty of enzymatically preparing bioethanol

Embodiment 1

[0033] Example 1: Preparation of cellulosic fermentable sugars

[0034] (1) Take 7g of dry hemp pulp with known cellulose and hemicellulose contents of 95.33% and 1.73% respectively and mix them with sodium hydroxide and urea mixed solution at a mass ratio of 1:40, stir to form a uniform mixing system ; Wherein, the mass fractions of sodium hydroxide and urea in the mixed system are 5% and 3% respectively.

Abstract

The invention discloses cellulose fermentable sugar, and a preparation method and an application of same. The method includes the steps of: 1) mixing and stirring jute pulp with a mixed solution of sodium hydroxide and urea to form a mixture system, mass ratio of the jute pulp to the mixed solution being 1:40-60; 2) cooling the mixture system to -8 - -12 DEG C, stirring the mixture system for dissolution to form a cellulose solution; 3) neutralizing the cellulose solution, concentrating the solution, mixing the concentrated cellulose solution with a diluted sulfuric acid solution according to volume ratio of 1:4-12, and performing acid-hydrolysis to form the cellulose fermentable sugar. The method overcomes the problems of high safety risk and severe corrosion on equipment due to high acid concentration in the methods of acid-hydrolyzing cellulose in the prior art; the cellulose and semi-cellulose are acidolyzed and saccharified in a more simple and high-effective method. The cellulose fermentable sugar is used for producing bio-alcohol.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fiber material application, and in particular relates to a cellulose fermentable sugar and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] As fossil fuels turn from shortage to depletion, the energy crisis has become a common problem faced by mankind. Finding new energy sources is related to the sustainable development of the economy and the long-term development of mankind. Among various renewable energy sources, biomass is unique and the only renewable carbon source that can be converted into conventional solid, liquid or gaseous fuels. Moreover, biomass originates from H in the air 2 O and CO 2 , and then generate H after combustion 2 O and CO 2 , so it will not increase the CO in the air 2 content. Therefore, compared with mineral energy, biomass energy is a cleaner energy source. [0003] Although our country attaches great importance to the research and technology devel...
